How Does it Work? Rent to Buy (Own):
‘Rent to Buy (Own)’ means that you pay an initial purchase amount, while the balance is paid over an agreed period of time, usually 1 - 5 years (Depends on your needs) on monthly instalments.
Once you pay the initial amount, you can move into the property.
The monthly payments are based on the loan duration you wish to take and the loan amount.
What is your interest rate?
The interest rate is concluded based on the loan product selected, loan duration, loan amount, property location and its value.
Once you submit us the necessary documents, we will assess it and suggest you the most suitable loan product for your needs. You will then decide if you wish to proceed forward.
Can you purchase a property for me?
We don't finance property purchases, but rather re-finance of an existing property you fully own.
Which areas do you finance?
We finance Gaborone and Greater area. However, we assess each request and may finance properties outside Gaborone’s Greater area.
Where are you located?
We are located at plot 64517 Unit 51 The Office, Fairgrounds, Gaborone.
From Shell Filling Station – Fairgrounds (Boipuso Hall Entrance):
Drive straight until reaching the Ministry of Infrastructure building which will be on the left hand side. Turn left (Bank ABC will be on you right hand side). Drive straight until reaching the roundabout. At the roundabout carry on straight, then ‘The Office’ building will be on your right hand side, adjacent to Gabz FM.
From KPMG Office:
Coming from River Walk Shopping Centre, turn left at the KPMG building, then first left turn. Drive straight until reaching the roundabout. At the roundabout carry on straight. ‘The Office’ building will be on your left hand side.
Note: Kindly park at the visitor’s parking. The Reception office is on the first floor.
Our office number is 51, located on the second floor, facing River Walk side.
I don’t have a property, can I still borrow?
You need to own a property in order to access our finance, hence we will not be able to assist.
Which documents do you require in order to assess my request?
We will require you to provide the following;
Title Deed or Certificate of Lease
Valuation (If you have – Not compulsory)
The above will be sufficient to initiate the process.
Once we identify the most suitable loan solution for you, we will advise if we need any further details.
How long does it take to receive money?
Once we review your Title Deed and a ‘Loan Application Form’ we will give you feedback within a day, whether the loan has been approved or not.
If approved, we will call you to sign a ‘Property Loan Agreement’.
Our aim is to provide you with cash within 3 days.
